Shipping policy

At Brainsport, we currently ship within Canada only. We are unable to ship to the United States or any other international destination at this time. We work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, holidays, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

  • Local delivery (Saskatoon): 1 to 3 business days
  • Saskatchewan: 1 to 3 business days
  • Western Canada: 2 to 5 business days
  • Eastern Canada: 4 to 8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Free Shipping

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders during promotional periods. Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.

In-Store Pickup

Local customers can select free in store pickup during checkout.

Pickup orders will receive an email notification when ready.

Incorrect Addresses

Lost or Damaged Packages

Brainsport is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have left our facility. If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
